Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur LAWLESS CONSULTING (identification number 300453202, legal address: Erosi Manjgaladze street, N 75a, Nadzaladevi district, Tbilisi, Georgia), operating under the brand L'Agence. For any question about your personal data, write to l.lawless@ffi.ae.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Rental income estimate form: first name, last name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address (optional), and details about your property: location, neighbourhood or building, type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, size, furnishing, availability for rental and description.
- Contact form: first name, last name, email or WhatsApp, and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the data contained in the messages you send us.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, our host and service providers process technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the website against abuse.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in your messages.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who receives your data
Your data is only accessible to the L'Agence team and, where needed to handle your request, to FFI (France Finance International) group staff. We never sell or rent your data. We use the following service providers, who only process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that forms are sent by a human. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics, without advertising cookies.
- Resend (United States): delivery of form submissions to our mailboxes by email.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel): only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure the results of our advertising campaigns.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Our email provider, which hosts our mailbox.
Some of these providers are located outside Georgia and the European Union, notably in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Requests from owners who do not become clients: 3 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client data: for the duration of the management contract, then for the period required by law (accounting and tax obligations).
- Technical data: for the short periods set by our host for security purposes.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent (this does not affect what was done before). To do so, write to l.lawless@ffi.ae. We answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
Cookies
Strictly necessary. Our host, Cloudflare, may set cookies to protect the website against bots and attacks, and your cookie choice is remembered in your browser. These do not track you and do not require consent.
Advertising, only with your consent. When you visit the website, a banner lets you accept or refuse advertising cookies, with equal choice. If you accept, we use:

If you refuse, none of these tools is loaded. We use Google Consent Mode, so your choice is passed on to Google. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and forms are protected against robots and checked on our server before being sent, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
